GDPR

We collect and store your name, address and contact detail so we can process membership applications, bookings and for invoicing purposes.

We keep your data until you cease to be a member or you request your data to be removed. Data for memberships that are not live will be deleted after 1 year of inactivity. Similarly booking information older than 1 year will be pseudonomised in order for us to comply with GDPR but retain the room utilisation for statistical purposes. Information for accounting or invoicing purposes will be destroyed after 7 years - as we need to keep financial records for that length of time.

Collecting this information is important for us to correctly identify you as a member, process your bookings and send you invoices (where applicable). We may need to contact you and keep you updated with changes and provide contact details to emergency services if you ever need assistance while at the centre.

We never pass your details to any 3rd parties outside this organisation or sell them for marketing purposes. Your data is stored soley for internal use.

You have the right to see your data, have it corrected if its wrong or have it deleted on request.

No systems including the website and backup procedures involve taking your data outside the UK. All data is hosted and backed up within the UK.

The centre employs CCTV for the purposes of public safety and crime prevention. By entering the premise your image may be recorded and stored for up to 1 month. Recordings will only be available to the Data Controller and to crime enforcement agencies (on their specific request). Membership or attendance of the centre imparts no rights, implied or otherwise, to viewing or requesting CCTV footage.
